Nvidia Driver Error

Source:Service Control Manager
The NVIDIA Display Driver Service service has reported an invalid current state 32.

Occurs every shutdown / restart.

Windows 7 x64 build 7600
Error occurs both on 8600GT / 9600GT. (tested invidually)
Driver: 191.07. Also tried 190 same thing happened.

EDIT: No overclocking software is installed nor the video card is OC'ed.

Service Control Manager reports Event ID 7016 This link is to Microsofts definition of the event , cause and resolution. You might also want to go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip this file then upload it so we can see the information in the mini dump file and come to a solution.

i have 8600gt and i am having that problem exactly

i removed the version and went with the older one and i had no problems
