Nvidia driver keeps crashing randomly

for a while now i have been having frequent problems with my Nvidia driver/card. it seems to crash quiet a lot. it especially crashed a lot when i was playing GTA:SA not long ago. just opening preimere pro and it has a chance of crashing. i have been through several drivers and none of them seem to fix it. i have a zotac GTX 285.

**EDIT** Is your video card OC'd? If yes, run video normal.

What is the version of your bios? If < F9, then flash.

nah, it just minimizes whatevers on screen, i get a pop up ui bar saying its stopped, i just remaxs w/e i was doing

EDIT: no my gfx card is not OC'd
