Upon my Windows 7 (64bit) installation, windows installed a driver for this device? Is that correct? It's working fine. I would like to have the software that monitors the temp of the card, I really don't need to install a different driver for it, unless that is recomended, or unless the differnet driver and softwarwe to monitor the temp is all packaged together. One of you guys know the link for me. Thanks. Also is there other software you would recomend for monitoring cpu temp and/or videocard/mb temps.

For your video card, GPUZ -=> download
For your CPU, CPUZ -=> download

There is also Speccy, which combines the features of the two above mentioned programs, and has some added functionality (like HDD temperature). It's from the same guys who made CCleaner and Defraggler. Quite impressed with it.
