You should be able to find the latest driver for your card at nVidia's website. However, most notebook manufacturers use a modified set of drivers. Your first stop will always be the video card manufacturers website, just in case they have drivers available. You'll have to do one of 2 things to get the latest drivers available....

First: Check the manufacturers website for the latest video card drivers. In this case, HP/Compaq. Keep in mind that they don't just update the drivers on their site whenever nVidia releases a new set of drivers, and they tend to fall behind severely. It's one of the issues with having a decent video card on a laptop.

If the above doesn't get you the latest, you can try a third-party drivers. There is a community that modifies the latest drivers (or a set of drivers released recently within the last year or so) and repackages them so they're able to be installed onto notebooks.

No problem :) I have some more info for you ritesh if you have trouble getting the latest drivers from nVidia or your manufacturers website. There are tools to help install on Notebooks with shoddy driver support :)

Thanks, but all the time I go to the Nvidia website and when I download my driver, then run the setup it says can't find any drivers in your system

why?

That's because like I said, HP modifies it's drivers. You'll either have to live with HP's outdated drivers, or use a MobilityModder application to force nVidia's latest drivers to install. You can find such a tool here: nVidia MobilityModder
