Solved nvidia geforce heating issue

whenever my nvidia geforce gt 335m heats to 83 celcius or above, i cant start a game with it. then an error message pops up "display driver nvidia windows kernel mode driver version 320.49 stopped responding and has successfully recovered" then the screen goes black a few times showing the message until my computer crashes(blue screen) what should i do? my laptop details:M11x R2 Specs & Latest News | Alienware | The Verge

Hi,

83 Celsius is way too high temperature
The computer is probably forcing the game to close to avoid overheating.

Also I suggest for you to reinstall the graphics drivers.

If that doesn't resolve it, the inside of the laptop probably needs cleaned and possibly new thermal paste between the GPU and it's heatsink, and/or fan(s) are failing to properly cool the laptop.

OP, are you using a flat surface OR a dual fan laptop cooler like this one?
