I am trying to install my XFX GTS250 (1gig) and it is crashing the computer.
Upon boot everything looks fine until it trys to pass the starting windows screen and I get the BSoD and it auto reboots, trys to reboot in another mode and it just stalls out at the same place.
I am running Windows 7 Beta 64 bit.
When I removed the card and use the on board graphics everything goes back to normal and it works fine.
First of please go to your user cp and fill out all your systen specs (top of page) Secondly did you disable onboard graphics in your bios (if an option?) Have you plugged in the neccesary power connectors to the card? Is it seated properly? Simple things but had to ask. Welcome to sevenforums. Fabe

I would first try updating my chipset drivers and my bios since the board is old. Of course using the onboard graphics to do this. Then I would try the card again.
