Nvidia GTX 560 Driver crashing event ID 13

Hello SF users.
Couple of days a go I am starting to get this strange thing.
I am playing Dota 2 at the same Resolution same settings everything was working well ... I stopped playing dota 2 like 1 month and when I started playing it (4 days ago) there is a in game lagg , after that Dota 2 will minimize it self and I cant make it maximize again I need to Kill the Procces and start again which is pretty annoying but its not only Dota 2 its other games as well.
So I was doing research and every one said check Admin Events and I have a lot of them and this is the error.
"The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Graphics Exception: ESR 0x405840=0xa2040800"
This is my first time happening and I am using this computer like 2 years now.
Also I did Reinstall Windows 7 I did Reinstall Nvidia Drives I did try other version of drivers I haven˝t clock anything (I hope so). I started a test with GPU-z to see temperature and this is what happens when it laggs in game so I quickly minimize to check my GPU monitoring and this is what I saw GPU load was 99 and I think das is not good.

When I got back in game black and white squares were appearing and my Game (Dota 2) Crashed/minimized and it could not be maximized.
Any Solutions ?
