I've recently added a second Nvidia GTX 560 Ti graphics card to my system running in SLI mode however on random occasions on boot-up, the graphics drivers are not being loaded so I have to load them manually.
I am also running dual monitors so when the boot problem occurs all my desktop settings are thrown out the window because without the drivers the system only recognizes one monitor.
I am assuming this is all caused by my settings are not being saved on close down. Any help would be appreciated.

When the graphics card glitches have a look in your event viewer and see if there is a "4101, Display" event. If so, use your original graphics card CD/DVD and install the original drivers. Something like version 266.? of tyhe Nvidia driver.
This discussion might be related to your problems. 285.62 Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered - NVIDIA Forums
I hope it works out for you.
