nvidia networking controller for windows 7 32bit is missing!

can anyone help me? when i open the device manager and view network adapter i saw nvidia networking controller that has this exclamation point (" ! ") and also my lan ports is totaly not blinking. thanks and need help

You can try either roll back the driver.
Searching using device manager to update the driver.

Go to the computer manufacterer's webiste if a branded computer.

Go to the motherboard website if self built computer.

Try shutting down the PC, unplug the power and bleed excess power by pushing the power button.

Power back up and see if the NVidia controller shows up, if not you may need to clear the cmos on the board to get the Ethernet lights back on.
