help NVIDIA nForce PCI System Management i cannot seem to find an update for that or NVIDIA nForce serial ata controler or standard dual channel pci ide controller
also what driver can i update that will improve performance

You didn't specify 32 or 64 bit so,

32 bit - NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.51 WHQL

64 bit - NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.51 WHQL

Pretty much none. Drivers short of video drivers (and usually only in limited cases) very seldom improve performance. You want to improver performance you're going to have to look elsewhere; faster CPU, more ram, faster video card, SSD, etc.

This NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.51 WHQL should do it if you use 64 bit OS
and http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_win732_15.51.html for 32 bit OS.

It is a single file with all the drivers listed,

Windows 7 32-bit Driver Versions:

• SATAIDE Driver (v11.1.0.33) WHQL
• SATARAID Driver (v11.1.0.33) WHQL
• RAIDTOOL Application (v11.1.0.30)
• SMBUS Driver (v4.74) WHQL
• SMU Driver (v1.71) WHQL
• Installer (v7.57)
• Audio Driver (v1.00.00.59)

Just run the exe and select Custom install to only install the parts you want/need (and unless they have fixed how it used to work (highly doubtful) you do not want the "Network Management Tools").

in the link stormy gave you did you install everything in the package except for the network management tools ? also have you rebooted the pc since installation oof the drivers ?

That doesn't need any driver beyond whatever either Windows installs or the chipset driver. At best the manufacturer might have a firmware update, and even then if there is one I wouldn't install it unless you were having the issue that is/was fixed by it (and just like a bios update for a motherboard (just another word for firmware), if done wrong can brick the optical drive).
