nVIDIA Quardo 4 750 XGL driver for windows 7.

HI ,
I have nVIDIA Quadr0 4 750 XGL AGP card but could not found driver for windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit).
i required driver. please help.

The reason that you can't find a Windows 7 driver for your card is because there isn't one. That card is based on the same chip as the old Geforce 4 Ti4200/4600,

which is a DirectX 8.1 card, as was declared end of life some time back in 2006 (based on the last XP driver for it),

WinXP/2k - (91.36)

so there is not now and never will be a Windows 7 driver for it. About the best you can hope for is to try that XP driver and install it in compatibility mode,

There is also a 93.81 for XP 32 bit:
Beta Driver - Windows XP / 2000
,but as stormy has stated, there is no support after XP.
