Very true, sir. After about 2 GHz, or so, I don't think that someone who isn't looking for the differences, or benchmarking would really be able to tell.You are right, there is a difference... but I don't think it's as obvious to someone else as it might be to you or I.
Most people don't need all that cpu anyways. You dont need 3ghz, or even 2ghz really, to check email, chat on here, search on google, etc.
