oc gear driver

Hello,
I just installed(clean) windows 7 and it seems that W7 doesn't support my OC Gear Driver for nVidia Geforce 8600 GT?
Any suggestions or comments?
Sorry if I didn't mention something important.

Just follow the link above for SmartDoctor, and they have it for both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7.
