Occasional BSOD, constant freezing every half hour.

Hey guys
I'm getting the occasional bsod and constant freezing to the point where i have to reset the pc,
I've formattted and re-installed windows and its still happening,
ive removed my other drives too and it still happens.
I'm pretty sure it's a driver issue.
also when the freeze happens and i reset the pc cant find my ssd that windows boots from untill i power down fully, then windows starts fine and wont have a problem for half an hour untill next freeze.
