I have been running oceanis for windows 7 starter without problems on my Samsung netbook for a year and a half. My parents bought an acer netbook today to take on holiday. It had been a while so I checked out the install guide on this site and downloaded with the link. I extracted the zip contents to the desktop as instructed. As the progress bar got about halfway through installing I was presented with an error message:

C:\Program Files\Oceanis\SystemSetting\WallpaperAgent.exe
An error occurred while trying to replace theexisting file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.

Can you help? I dont often use forums and im not sure how to locate my post or answer so could you also explain that in an e-mail aswell at all?

Hello Boomy, and welcome to Seven Forums.

See if right clicking on the Oceanis exe file and clicking on Run as administrator may allow it to finish installing.

If not, then you might give the Personalization Panel program in Option Two of the tutorial below a try instead to see how it may work for you.
