Every so often, I will get this odd menu bar problem where the boxes around the menu bar buttons won't appear.
Normally, when your cursor hovers over the menu bar items, a border around it appears. But usually mine doesn't. A reboot usually fixes it temporarily but then the problem just reoccurs sometime later.
I've tried:
-Restarting Explorer
-Rebooting (temporary fix)
Anyone know how to fix this?
