I have obviously touched something and I now have a home screen as in the pic. I have no idea why it suddenly flipped so can someone please let me know how to correct it please.

No sorry even the snip will not load up the screeen is like a piece of A4 paper with fold marks on it

Sorry mike false alarm I reached over to insert a stick into the laptop which is very close to the monitor and must have brushed against one of the adjusting buttons which on this monitor are extremely sensitive :o

Have now rearranged and reset the monitor back :o

Yep it is just the monitor buttons are those very small touch ones That I think are activated by close proximity rather than actual clicking (Asus VX 249) very nice unit though;)
