OEM locked partition, new laptop

Hi, I just bought a new laptop, that came with no OS, and I installed Windows 7 on it. All good and nice, and when I use the product key to activate it, it says something about OEM locked partition idk idk idk

So how do I unlock the OEM partition?

Thanks, I will give you the results tomorrow, because the laptop isn't actually mine, it's my friend's and I can't access it right now.

This means that the new laptop do have Windows installed.
The laptop will not have any physical DVD Windows.

There may have 2 partitions hidden.
First partition is for booting up, hidden.
Second partition is C: drive
Third partition is the original Windows, hidden.

Hence that 2 hidden partitions are secured and locked.

Laptop do have pre-installed Windows OS.
For desktop, it is optional.

It is best that your friend, with the laptop standing by, write into this forum. Trying to third-party this is going to be difficult.
