Hi all,

I have already installed Microsoft office SBE 2007...my question whenever i open up any Microsoft office software i will get the prompt screen as per attach.

Any idea how to overcome this issue?

Fyi,i have upgraded my Windows 7 from 32bit to 64bit is this the cause of it?

Usually this occurs when office was unable to write to the registry during the install and first run because of permissions.
Try right clicking an Office .exe (Excel perhaps) and select run as administrator. This should allow it to configure so that next time it will start normally.

Hello Saf79,

When you install Office there is option where you could choose i think it's something like Install all components to my Computer make sure you select those otherwise you might get these prompt. Try running Office Diagnostic it used to fix missing Registry entries or from Programs and Features run a Repair.

Good Luck,
Captain
