office 2007business

Hello all..

I have an upgrade brand new from microsoft (businessoffice2007) i know i need at least one component of office on my new system,,Therefore having nothing in the way of office i decided to dnload a trail version and install my version with my licence, but it wont let me doit..i have done it on windows xp..Any idea on how to doit on win7

Hi Eddy, welcome to the Seven Forums.

To install an upgrade version of Office, you need to have a licensed MsOffice installed on your system. Trial license does not qualify for upgrading.

I have the licenced version of the upgrade..what i did and was told by Microsoft to dnload the trial then instead of the trial licence use my upgrade licence to authenticate the software..but i keep getting this issue in win 7

Any idea what that means

Try running the installer as administrator...However, despite what MS may have told you, Im with Kari on this one....
