Many companies are still using Office 2003, and have not adopted 2007 so I'm not sure if 2010 is going to sell well. I personally got used to the layout in 2003, going to 2007 was frustrating. I guess I'll wait a bit more till I install 2010. Only issue is my new core i7 64 bit Win7 laptop has Word and Excel 2010 installed, not the whole suite so I still am not sure if I should install the rest of 2010 or remove it and stick with 2007.

Hi .Well I've been using Outlook 2010 (Office Pro Plus) for three years. Every release improves Office and its applications, c'est la change.
Over the past year I’ve had to 'Repair' Outlook half a dozen times when mails have not left the Outbox. Until recently well the last time I've had the option (I don't how) to repair Outlook as against Office. This past week I've not been able and I've been asked to locate and point the curser to its location. In the end I had the stick the dongle supplied, Repair then reboot.
Well ‘no change’, so why is this happening and how can I fix this.
Could somebody explain? BC

same problem cant get my laptop to open any Microsoft docs with Microsoft office 2010. Same message that I have noticed in too many forums. My computer guy told me that Microsoft originally included the programs, but has since claimed it was a trial and after having it for 2 years without a single problem with office 2010 working just fine. Had Windows 7 installed because 8 is garbage. He claims there are ways to fix it and will fix mine without a charge. A lot of people are having this issue and the fixes that are being recommended dont work for most of the readers, at least not many that I have come across have resolved their issue with all kinds of different fixes. Microsoft is a bunch of thieves to pull something like this on people years after they bought the computer with no intention to charge for it, if already installed when new. Just glad it will be fixed.
