Solved [Office 2010] Changing Overall Font

The Office 2010 "general" fonts (menus, sidebars, etc) do not seem to be unaffected by my desktop composition themes. I can change the color theme, and I can change the font used in messages, but I can't find anything that lets me change the font/color used in the menus, the left or right panels, etc. I'm sure there's an obvious setting I'm just missing.
