Office 2010 Outlook

Problem.

I have had to do a Systems Restore because I had a problem after I tried to download Cute FTP8 from what I thought was a bona fide download site. I have got access to the internet and have done a full scan with Super Anti Spy which found only one tracker cookie, which was removed.

When I try to open Outlook I am told to will not open and I should try to repair it via the Control Panel, which I have. I found "Fix It" solution on the Microsoft site but that says the Fix It is not applicable to my software. (see attachment) I am lost!!! Can anyone please help me???
