Do I have to be a student to buy Office 2010 Home and Student?

Of course not. It is just a name of this edition. For 2007 it was originally $149, but now I have seen it as low as $80. There are, however, special student discounts that MS provides - I think for all products (not sure though - at age 72 I do not qualify, LOL).
