office 2010 update problem

Hi everyone,

I have been getting messages for at least three weeks now regarding three updates for office 2010 KB982726, one note KB2288640 and outlook KB2289116.

Every time I try to install them, it fails. I have tried doing it manually, and it also fails. I downloaded the updates and tried to install one at a time but then it tells me I have no products related to these updates. I have office 2010 home and student. If they are not related to my version, why does it keep telling me I need to install them? How do I make it stop?

Probably the only solution is completely reinstall Office -if cannot to do that through Programs and Features use official removal tool How do I uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites if I cannot uninstall it from Control Panel?

I was hoping it wouldn't come to that,but if that's my only choice, then that's what I'll do.
