Office 2013 problem

I have recently installed MS Office Pro Plus 2013, and every few minutes a small window comes up that says
Code:
Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013
It stays up for a few seconds, the progress bar goes about halfway, stops, and then the window closes.

I used task manager to track the process, it's CSISYNCLIENT.exe, located in the OFFICE15 folder in Microsoft Shared.

The window is really starting to interfere, as it shows itself over top of any other running programs, causing fullscreen programs to minimize.

Is there any way to fix this?

What happens if you do this:

1. Disable Windows Search service (WSS)

2. Stop WSS

3. Open Outlook 2013 to start MS Office 2013 configuration process.

4. Enable WSS

5. Start WSS

Listed from here.

I did that, nothing changed. It said that a "system reboot was necessary" to complete setup, so I restarted my computer. The pop-up window still shows up.

And, on top of that, I can't start the Windows Search Service, it says that it "can't start the service on local computer".

I just uninstalled office 2013 and I am in the process of re-installing office 2010. It's just easier.

And to make things worse, the windows search service won't start after I stopped it!
