Office 2013 remove ALL-CAPS headings

Microsoft's design team has made some pretty weird UI changes, such as a missing start button.

In Office 2013, the headings are in ALL-CAPS. Very jarring.

I used a simple method to fix this but I can't seem to modify "FILE" and "ADD-INS". Any fix?

Or to remove all the ALL-CAPS headings for that matter.

Nope, there is no easy solution for File and Add-ins, as far as I know.

Only for other ribbon tabs.
