Office won't print pictures

if i save as pdf it prints pics normally, as word it doesn't....any ideas?

Same problem if you save as doc instead of docx?
Pictures are in a text box?

pictures are normal, copy paste from website, ctrl+c and ctrl+v and print....nothing happens, blank paper.
even if i save as doc/docx....grrrr...will try to reset.

Put text around it, just as test. I asked if print preview is fine.... so displays image?

yes print preview is fine. i have put text + pic, printed only text

i ran fix it , and it doesn't work at all.....MAKING RESTORE POINT, WAIT....and nothing

Try attachment. Does that print the 2 pictures? Text is on top of page, or under "invisible" image?

Has it ever worked? Long ago? Do you have other accounts on this system... if so try under another account. Or make a temporary testaccount

your text doc, nothing...no pictures just text......it worked before...it works from mom's laptop normally.....
i would not like to mess around with accounts, i have only 1 mine admin.

Did you install the fixit successfully?
Same problem in excel?

What makes you think it hangs? Whole computer doesn't respond anymore?
A lot of disk activity when it hangs (you think it hangs)?
