Office XP Academic Edition and Windows 7 help.

Hello... I am brand new to this forum (registered today) and I need some help.

First let me say that I have read the forum rules and will do everything in my power to abide by them. Having said that, I hope this is the correct forum for my problem and apologize in advance if it's not.

The only problem I'm having after upgrading from XP is with the Office suite. I use Excel to run a small construction company, and when I want to print, the printer will run 2-3 balnk pages through before printing, and then it will only print the open page of the Workbook.

I have very limited experience with Office, and this is the first time I've built a spreadsheet that actually has a practical purpose. In the process of building this, I did not add additional pages to the Workbook or make any other changes, and the individual sheets contain only the most basic calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.) I use a blank, saved version as a template. It is not saved as a template, merely as an .XLS file.

I have never tried to print a sheet or book previous to this so, please, forgive my ignorance, but I was under the impression that unless you indicated otherwise, when you hit print, you would be printing the entire Wookbook. Yes? No?

Thanks in advance for anyone's help in this regard and again, please forgive my lack of experiance.

P.S. Don't know if it makes any differance, but my Win. 7 is 32 bit.

Welcome to the forum gtitus.

It might help to choose from the FILE menu and select Print Preview.
From the view, you can then select the page number which you wish to print.
