Hi
Is there a way to repair Windows 7 registry on these conditions?
- Main account with admin rights is not accessible (broken system registry)
- Backup account with standard rights is accessible but not allowing any system changes or system restore
- ProfileList is broken
- No system backup available
- No installation DVD available

I'm looking for an offline way of registry repair or system restore. Which boot CD can help with this?
Thanks for any advices

As I understand the question of being offline is that you want to be booted to a CD or DVD or USB Thumb/Flash drive so as to edit the Windows Registry without actually having Windows running, is that correct? I see an issue in such a scenario in that the Registry is made up of 5 Hives or text files and it will be quite cumbersome to have to edit each file as there's more than one place for entries to be made by whatever has to make them.
