Oh lord, I need help, media not playing online

So today I was trying to install Windows Office Pro 2007, again. And I noticed in my add/remove programs thing there was something palled View Point Media Player. I didnt know what it was so I henceforth deleted it. Afterwards I could not use Pandora Internet Radio or Youtube on neither IE 8 or Firefox 3.0.5.

I really enjoy using multimedia sites such as these and would be glad if someone could help me.

Also I did reinstall view point media player (after finishing the quest to find it online) and it is still not working.
