OLD laptop (Acer Travelmate 3210Z), Video Controller ONLY for XP

Hi guys, if there's any workaround of installing a video driver for this laptop to work on Windows 7 I'd really appreciate it. The problem is, I can't go beyond 1024x768 resolution and HD video won't play well.
