Old Updates from 2011 just showed up

So yesterday or today my windows update notification popped up,,, I glanced real quick at what they were but I didn't install right away,,,, I just did a reboot and up they came again so I notice these are old updates

Is it possible that my install just didn't find these in the past?
Maybe I accidentally hid them and they suddenly decided to unhide?

Only thing I can think of that ive added or changed recently was disabling a few start up programs but nothing pertinent to windows
Should I install these? Im thinking I have newer files than these and these are obsolete??

Any of the scenarios you mentioned could have occurred. You could check the Updates list to see if they are mentioned and whether successful or failed. It's possible they didn't install if SP1 of late 2009 wasn't installed first.

You do not show in your system spec whether SP-1 is installed on this computer. It's a must.
To check just tick the Windows Flag key and the Pause key at the same time.

The reason that these update recently appeared is that they are updates for programs which are not part of Windows.
Either you have altered your Windows Update settings to include non-Windows updates, or you have installed a new program which contains these rather old technologies (Nero immediately springs to mind)
