Old windows 7 computer, can't bypass admin pass. How do I restore it?

A friend of mine gave me an old laptop of his but he doesn't remember the admin pass at all. Is there anyways to recover it to manufacturer settings from the start up?

Intel Pentium

Umm... I don't believe I'm "hacking" anyone's computer. I'm not trying to figure out his password, or his network... just bought the laptop and I just need to restore the system. I figured it out anyways, thank you so much for your help on this matter.

We have no way of knowing who is trying to do what to who's computer so we must be careful on what information we post about passwords.
