oleacc.dll problem

my sister hp g42 is having this anoying problem when ever i open a program it will came out a error oleacc.dll is not designed for this window or is corrupted....first i thought it virus..so i scan and did find a few trojan..but after reboot it still the same..whenever i run program came the same error..it so annoying..so please help me..

did you recently uninstall or delete anything from your computer?
is your windows up to date?
what antivirus do you use?

i don think so..
yes it up to date..
currently norton but now it cannnot be run..dont know why..

The oleacc.dll could be related to a new install of something and also related to viruses and Trojans and the like.
In the title bar of your snip is the name of a program? Try reinstalling it. If it is a file name, delete it. download CCleaner (link below my sig) and run the registry cleaner part of it.
Also there below my sig is Malware Bytes free, download it, update it then do a full scan. You may have to do this in Safe Mode, reboot and tap F8 until advanced options appear and choose Safe Mode with networking.
Let us know exactly what you have done.

after i done ccleaner and scan with malwarebyte..omg..still the same..the error still came out..help..

Just go to the location of this dll and move it to, say, your desktop and see if everything still works OK.

And what about the app or file name in this title bar?
