Have you tried everything else suggested?
Zeroed the HD before trying install?
Removed all but 2gb of RAM to try install? Test RAM with memtest86.
Do you have the latest BIOS update? If so, clear the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
Then set the SATA controller in BIOS setup to AHCI first. What are the other settings offered?
