"On Resume Display Logon Screen" Not Working!

I have this same issue! Worked for ever now it's not. Windows Home premium 7, 64 bit OS.
Any help or advise is much appreciated. I have tried all the the normal troubleshooting things.

Please describe the issue in more detail ?

Are you saying on resume/ wake up the login screen is dysfunctional ?
Does this happen after a fresh startup ?

How about if you disable hibernation and just use sleep and on wake up display login screen ?
