On Top Replica

Somebody a while ago asked about keeping a taskbar preview pane open permanently without hovering and was assured (by me amongst others) that it wasn't possible. On Top Replica, however, does that very thing, only slightly better, by producing a clone of any open window, scaling it to your requirements, then keeping it on top of everything else. This way you can watch a video, keep an eye on a security cam, or anything else that takes your fancy while using other applications. Genius!
