One click proxy changer?

Hi,

Is there a program for windows 7 that can instantly change the proxy settings in internet options? I ask because my college's Wifi network requires that I use their proxy address to connect, and I find it tedious having to change it when I use my home network. I have already tried proxychanger and proxyswitcher but they don't work for me. Even a CMD script would be helpful because I could create a batch file.

For Firefox I used to have a plugin to switch seamlessly between any number of predefined proxys.
