one internal hard drive doesn't show up on restart

soooo I have 4 x 500gb internal hard drives, and everytime I reboot my computer one specific drive doesn't show up. I have to go into disk management and add a drive path/letter every single time.

windows 7 ultimate x64
Xeon quad-core 2.63
5gb ram

any other info you need let me know, any help is appreciated!

I know the guy helping didn't stick it out to the end, but see if the first few posts give you any ideas.
