one of 3 user cant login,slow startup,system hangs

Hi,
I have a dual win 7 machine.in one instance,windows loads slow,i have 3 users-all admins,the one I use most,cant log in now.it takes forever to load and eventually hangs.when I try other users it loads fine but when I try to access main user's documents through explorer it takes a long time and hangs.Using safe mode for main account also doesnt work;it takes too long and finally hangs if i do anything on screen.

kindly help,I need to access the data of problematic user.
If I reinstall win7 will I be able to access that user's data as normal data folder?

Welcome to the forums.. Have you tried a system restore yet for that user account ?
