One user account doesn't fully work

Hi, we are 4 users on a computer. When my daughter logs in on her account there are messages 'Communication notifier has stopped working', 'Catalyst control center: Host application has stopped working'. The shortcuts on the taskbar don't open and some applications don't response. I get a messages when I try to open application 0x80070005, file type: temporary file although is not a temporary file. All other three accounts work fine. Please help!

Is the account a limited account, and does creating a new account with the same permissions present you with the same issues?

The other three account work fine. I haven't tried to open a new account yet. All four accounts should have the same permissions. One of them is administrator account.
