One user cannot print web page in IE while others can

Of 3 users on W7 system one is unable to print any web page within IE (V 9.05). Print Preview shows blank page. Print will print just a blank page. Both of the other users can print web pages from within IE just fine. Note the problem account is able to print web pages from Firefox, just not IE.

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the IE settings and reinstalling IE on that user account?

Thanks for the fast response. Regrettably I did try that with no luck. I did it again post your suggestion and again no luck. I did this from within the dysfunctional user account.

problem solved

In case anyone else runs into this problem (and i gather it is a somewhat common occurance) the solution is simple. Close all IE windows. Run IE from Start Menu "As Administrator". Check to see if Print Preview shows the page. That's it. This worked here even though the user account in question had administrator rights. Go figure.
