I've a mess on my hands. My Win7 Dell Laptop HDD failed. I purchased a Samsung all in one, but couldn't get the hang of Win8. So, I purchased a new Dell Lap with Win 7. All was well until this week when I got the bright idea I could myself recover data from the crashed Dell.
So now I have crashed my newer Dell Lap / pulled the Samsung off the shelf, but forgot my password.
I live in a small town, thus there's no repair centers close by. To my qiestion...is there a online service that may be able to help me via the net?
