Open file location

When I open taskmgr and right click on csrss.exe and hit 'open file location' .. nothing happens. It doesn't take me to its location. Also in the description column in taskmgr there is nothing for csrss.exe. Also when I right click csrss.exe and hit 'properties' again nothing happens. What is wrong with this and how can I fix this?

Put a check in show processes from all users. You will be able to perform the functions you have indicated.

This file is critical to your system. Do not interfere with it unless you know exactly what you are doing! If you are that knowledgeable you will leave it alone anyway!

The 'show processes from all users' seems to work but I am wondering why does it not work when 'show processes from all users' is not clicked.

There are a few system processes that are shown in the single user view that cannot be accessed because they require administrator privilege that is given when show all users is selected.
