If you don't remember the password then there are most probably two chances that unless you can remember the password, both are easy, slim and none.
That's the reason for security software, not allowing access unless you know the password.
Just chalk it up to experience.

If you could get to the file without knowing the password that would kind of defeat the purpose would it not?
