Open System32 Folder at every restart

Hi and sorry if it's been asked before,but i couldnt find a solution to my specific problem,which is everytime i restart i get a window on the desktop,i will try to include a snip of the window,any advise on how to fix this would be great,thank you for reading.

It should be the same cause in XP. Have a look here,

System32 Folder Opens When Logging on to Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows NT 4.0

and see if that fixes it.

Thank you for the reply,apparently the solution might not be relevant to Windows 7,but it has pointed me in the right direction
