"Open WIth" Not working , Help...

i don't Know How but everytime i open an Unknown Extension File i Get an Error.

But This never Happened Before . (before this when open an Unknown File it Auto Shows me the Open With Dialog from which i select appropriate Program and Open It , But Now This not Working).. So how i Fix it. i already Tried that "IsShortcut" Registry Method but String already Their... :(
Someone Help me in This... :(

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
here is a solution that helped me:
go to command prompt and write this command:
cd\
c:\> attrib -r -h -s autorun.inf
c:\> del autorun.inf
d:\> attrib -r -h -s autorun.inf
d:\> del autorun.inf
restart the pc
