"Open With": Options?

Hello all:
I'm wanting to know if it is possible to have the "open with" context menu to show more than one program. For example: If I were to right-click a jpeg I'd like to see "open with...", with a fly-out menu with options like "Windows Picture Viewer", "FastStone Image Viewer", "Paint.NET", "Photoshop", etc.

Is this possible? If so, I need some direction.

I just checked in my install, and it does show multple choices to open a file already, but there is also a link at the bottom of the list, which opens another window from which you can browser to any program that you want.

Strange. Suddenly it shows the list of programs upon right-click. Ta-da!
