opening .rom files with vista?
Does vista 64-bit include the necessary program to open .rom files or is there something wrong with my OS?

Hello Redmamba,
Sorry, but Windows 7 cannot open .rom files by default. You might be able to use one of the programs at the link below to open it though.
ROM File Extension - Open .ROM files
